Becca, Client Care and Marketing Specialist, moved to State College in grade school and comes from generations of Penn Staters! She studied Voice at Penn State and remains an active singer and board member for the Essence of Joy Alumni Singers. After having lived in New York for a time, the return to trees was welcomed! Becca loves spending time with her dogs, Lillylulu and Molly, either at her home in Altoona or at her family's weekend cottage in Spruce Creek. She embraces the beautiful nature of our area and loves sharing it with clients new to Happy Valley. On fall Saturdays you’re likely to find Becca cheering on the Nittany Lions at Beaver Stadium, a long-standing family tradition! Becca also loves to garden, cook, and bake and is thankful to live in a place with such great access to farmer's markets and local farm shops! Having come to the team in 2017 with a background in marketing, Becca enjoys using her attention to detail/organizational skills and creative talents to tackle both the administrative and artistic aspects of her job. Watching clients settle into their new home or head out to their next adventure brings Becca great joy and makes her love this work!

After growing up in Wisconsin and then spending ten years in Texas, I found my way out of the south in 2007 and gratefully returned to the land of trees, rolling hills, and seasons in beautiful State College. I recognized the special qualities of a small town with a big university. My family could take advantage of the excellent public schools and the opportunity to run into a friend at the grocery store while experiencing the rich culture of arts, sports, and education that the University brings. I love State College for its celebration of diversity, growth, and forward thinking. The joys of my life are my husband Rick and our kids and our precious grandson! They challenge me, encourage me, and give me great purpose. When my hands are not busy in real estate, we love to travel, watch football, and play family games together. Some of my favorite things include summer festivals, sunshine, eating delicious food, experiencing new places, and Sundays filled with worship and family. Real Estate gives me the opportunity to impact lives and this community, one relationship at a time. I am honored to use my gifts and passions to have helped hundreds of others achieve their dreams. I celebrate the flexibility that my career affords me and take seriously the responsibility given me by my trusting clients. I find great reward in what I do; I believe I am making a difference, and I am thankful that I have the privilege of doing what I love.

Sarah Pensyl Jones grew up in Elysburg, PA and studied education in Nyack, NY. After college, her husband Don's work brought them to State College. During their first 6 years here they bought a sweet little home and found the State College market to be a fantastic investment. Their adventures in life took them to Berlin, Germany from 2005-2016. When they settled back in State College after that time, Sarah felt she was ready for a new adventure. This eventually led her to pursue real estate, as she found this perfectly combined her passion for creating a welcoming home with her love of people. Don and Sarah are the parents of one high schooler and one college student who keep them busy with sporting events and other such fun! Sarah loves spending time with her dog, Flora, including hikes in the woods. She also enjoys kayaking and exploring new places near and far. Her favorite evenings are those shared around the table enjoying good food with good friends. Sunday mornings find her worshipping alongside her family. Sarah joined the team in 2019 as a Buyer's Agent and then became Lara's partner in 2025 as the natural next step in her growing career. A hard worker, expert negotiator, and compassionate professional, Sarah works diligently on behalf of our clients as their advocate and guide so they can enjoy a seamless journey! She is passionate about people and it shows in everything she does!
